Activate Your New Card

To activate and begin using your Smart Banking Card, follow these 3 steps:

• Call 1-888-621-1397.
• During the activation, you will receive a Personalized Identification Number (PIN) for use at ATMs and debit purchases.
• Turn the card over and sign your name in ink on the signature stripe.

Your card is now ready to use!

The first card you received at the bank is a temporary card to use until we send your personalized card. When you have two reloads on your temporary card, we will automatically mail you a new personalized card at no charge with your name embossed on it. You should activate the new card and destroy the old card at that time.
